Specifically look for groups that your niche is in. For instance, if your niche has something to do with dogs, join some of the groups right away and start building relationships. To do this, just do a search in groups and you will see plenty of groups you can join and how many members they have. After joining the groups, invite some people to be your friends. You want to build a list of friends who will subscribe to your blog and be interested in what you have to say and what you are doing.
Since MySpace lets you use html you will be able to put links in your profile. Post a blog entry every day and at the end of your blog post underneath your name, post a signature link. This will get people to visit your web site. After posting that blog post, take that post and send it out in a bulletin form to all your friends.
